I’ve tried this place 3x after getting a black vehicle and not wanting to drive thru washes with brushes. After 3 tries, I’m done. I have a standard suv and there’s way too much soap leftover on the car even after going through the rinse cycle and dryers. I don’t need soap baking on my car. No thanks. Going elsewhere. Edit: the Fairport location is 100x better but still a little soap leftover. I’m avoiding Henrietta and will go to Fairport occasionally, but will purposefully not support rapid car wash

Used self serve. Half of my time had no water because someone was using the stall next to me… Hose left my hands filthy and it was $4 to even start the wash. Not coming back.

I started coming to this Car wash about two years ago, I have a membership, as I’m sitting here waiting to go through it again at the summit Drive in Henrietta, five cars in front of me. The other bay is broken down AGAIN! if it weren’t for the fact that my brand new vehicle has salt and dirt all over it I wouldn’t wait. Several times the blowers at the end were not working. I left with my car dripping, wet different times. I have called the number. No one called me ,back to me very disappointed with this service. When my membership expires next week I have made plans to go to another car wash. It was close the other day because it was too cold to run the machines. I’m basically paying for services I’ve never received on multiple occasions. Don’t bother reaching out to me my mind is made up why not happy customer

Car wash is always out of order. I pay for monthly subscription and can only wash the car about 5 times a month. I'm so sick of driving to this car wash in the morning on my way to work only to find out it's out of order and I wasted my time and gas. I pay for the whole month and should be able to use it daily. Total scam! Beware!!!

Just finished a wash, the bay near the self-wash was having firmware issue, so I went to the other one, and it was kind scary, the vertical wash arm was dangling around, drawing smaller circle than before, hit both my front and rear bumper, my car is very small so Its going to be worse for normal or large size vehicles. it looks like they are held on by zip ties, which I think is a potential hazard considering how cold the weather is going to be, I had washed here for more than 2 years, and now they need to keep up with maintaining the machines
